STEP 3. While holding the trip meter reset knob, press the “POWER” button once to turn power “ON”, “OIL MILEAGE RESET MODE” will be displayed. Continue to hold knob for at least 5 seconds until “COMPLETE is displayed and “OIL MILEAGE RESET MODE” turns off.
To reset the light, first press the red reset button on the right side of your control panel. Hold the button down for up to 10 seconds before releasing it. If the light still flashes, go to step 3. Step 3: Reset Red Light. The power pack or engine may be overloaded, making this red maintenance light come on; then, it blinks after 30 seconds.
Step 1. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the “On” position. Be sure not to start the engine. Step 2. Locate the maintenance light on the dashboard. Press and hold the button until the maintenance light begins to flash. Step 3. Release the button, then press and hold it again for a few seconds.
